Epilepsy Detection Discord Bot

The epilepsy detection discord bot is a test of an algorithm I made, which I then developed upon for my final university project.
The bot is able to properly detect (with little inaccuracy) dangerous gifs that are sent in discord chats.

It does this by checking the alpha amounts (change this for accuracy) and comparing
the frames within the gif to see if there is a significant
change in alpha channels between each frame.
